Silly Pup!

Arly has decided standing up is not always necessary when she wants to play.

Yay! Pink Octopus!

Pink Octopus, more than toy.

Arly decided Sara could share her bed. Sara walked around Arly and laid down in the back.

"I am ready for my manicure."

Our little Arly is still shy with strangers but she is vivacious, playful, and full of love when she knows you.

Arly: Workin' Hard, Playin' Hard

Arly has been hard at work learning all the ins and outs of being part of a family. Although she can be timid at times don't let that fool you; she is full of the curiosity, energy, and playfulness of her two and a half years.

Arly loves to ride in the car. She is a pro at jumping
in and out.

She didn't know what to think of the shiny, slippery
floors at PetCo but she gingerly got use to them.

She is navigating steps well but sometimes tries
to leap up several at a time.

Arly can be shy meeting new people. She will lean
against your legs for confidence.

After meeting Mac a few times, Arly will walk
up to greet him and ask to be petted.  She has
decided he isn't new anymore.

                         Time to have some fun!
(Please ignore the sporadic injections of singing)

Arly isn't sure what Pet-Me Girl is doing, but she likes it.

Arly never knows what silly humans are going to
                              to do next.

Arly will be happy to entertain herself while you watch
GEGR blog videos.

Toys make good head rests.

Arly is a loving little girl who wants to live life discovering the world at the side of her very own forever family.

The Joy of Toys

Like any two year old, it didn't take Arly long to discover the joy of toys.  She plays with them more everyday. It's fun to watch her find her favorites.

She is a toy hoarder.

So far she hasn't shredded the toys.

She played herself to sleep.

Play Time!

It was hot but overcast today so Arly and friends played outside for a bit.

"Cheeeeeeeese."

"Hey, where'd Pets-Me Girl go? I'd better find her."

"I found you Pets-Me Girl, ahh that's the stuff."

"Look at me go! Wooo Hooo! Eat my dirt little black and white dog!"

"I can't decide, should I roll on this thing or play with it?

"Maybe I'll take that thing with me. Nah, not this time."

"Hi Food Lady! Whatcha doin' over here?"

"So much fun, so tired, can't keep tongue in mouth."

A Little Arly

Arly likes to take the air.
(No dogs are left alone in this area.)

I happened to catch Arly with her first toy. She didn't know what to do with it after she had it, but she'll learn.

Arly enjoys being petted and baby talk.

She mastered the Greyhound Head Hang beautifully.

Although she is still shy, Arly decided to sniff a few people on Father's Day.

Then it was time for another nap.

Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth

She is the color of honey and just as sweet.

Her precious expressions will melt your heart.

Everything is new and exciting to this 2 year old.

A closer look at her beautiful head. I couldn't get over her white teeth.

Arly trotted over to meet a new person.

Arly will welcome you home.

Arly enjoys running too!

Arly is a tender girl who is learning more about the world everyday.

Retirement, More Than Resting

Arly can not wait to find out what retirement is all about.

Riding to her foster home was not a problem.

"You want me to what?" Arly begins learning to navigate her new world.

Second Try.

She liked going down better.
Time to try a longer stairs.

Arly enjoyed her first bone chewing session.

Check back soon to see what Arly is up to next!
